Deliveries & Returns


Items to be returned can either be brought to the shop for a refund or exchange or posted back with a valid receipt. Please note that we do not hold any responsibility for the cost of postage on returns and we advise that you send items through recorded delivery in order to ensure your item reaches us safely.

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchase, subject to it being returned unworn in its original condition and packaging, and with all its labels still attached.

Shipping and Handling

Orders taken will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 2-3 days subject to credit card approval and availability.
Goods are only available for dispatch within the United Kingdom.

Items out of stock

Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email with the opportunity to wait for new stock or accept a substitute product. it is not our policy to substitute items without the customer’s explicit consent.


You can return or exchange a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the original proof of purchase.
